At NaturesPlus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your new garments aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original eco-friendly packaging if possible.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
